Oregon is a great climbing area, unfortunately there isn't much ice climbing, but for the few that are desperate enough to try, including us, ice climbing can be found in the state at least once a year. Oregon however does have some great beginning alpine climbs such as volcanoe climbs like the South Side of Mt Hood. The Oregon snow and ice routes that we have climbed are chronicled below in a user friendly viewable map (please view the below map). These trips are both from the early years and more recent; as time permits we'll add more, so check back regularly.
